Tenant Benefit Programs| Ashoka Lion Property Management

Ashoka Lion's Houston Property Management and Dallas property management offices do have differing opportunities for tenants, but our property management offices have developed some standard tenant benefits that we are offering our tenants.


  • Free Tenant Utility Concierge: Tenants can enroll to get help with setting up their utilities and services. In addition, existing tenants can contact the concierge if they would like to see they can improve rates on their services.   This is a free service and this is not a mandatory program for residents.   • Tenant Rent Credit Builder Program can help tenants improve their rent score by paying their rent on time ,as our property management team will report rent payments to Experian. This program is being offered to tenants who wish to sign up by signing up below.
  • Tenant Referral Program: Ashoka Lion property management teams welcome referral for our Lion Real Estate team. If the person closes a transaction of purchasing a home, selling a home, or leasing a home; then the tenant earns the referral fee.
