Association Management: Live Sheet- HOA boards are often flooded with emails from their personal life, work, and their obligations to the board. To help boards keep track of key items, Ashoka Lion has developed a digital "live sheet" where we put key metrics and board request in a area where the board can make request and see our latest response to those items. The goal is to try to reduce and remove key issues being buried in a pile of emails.  

Association Management: Online Approval Section - Many HOA boards have informal and formal votes online via email for key decisions. This is a risky strategy as it does not commerorate decision or archive them in a easily recoverable manner, and the change of a board can mean that these votes can be lost to future association board members. To prevent the loss of the historical knowledge, Ashoka Lion requires board votes be done on the approval section as votes and comments can be stored for future boards to review.  

Association Management:  Owner Violation Repair Financing or Remodeling Financing- HOA's are often required to maintain community maintenance standards. This can often prove difficult getting homeowners to do the necessary exterior repairs..  

Ashoka Lion has partnered with lending platform to offer homeowners option to obtain financing (minimum $1000 up to $100,000) for their repairs. In addition, if communities authorize it, we can offer it as a small incentive for homeowners to request and obtain financing for their architectural request or improvements.  

Rental Property Management: Weekly Updates provided to owner - Our owners have uploaded to their portal key reports and informaton on a weekly basis and our manager strive to reach out to owners to review those reports. 

Rental Property Management: Tenant Maintenance Reference Library Ashoka Lion understand how important it is to protect your home. We have built and continue to add items to our maintenance library that we provide to tenants.  The library includes simple maintenance items for tenants like how to clear a drain. Our managers relay these links and explanation to tenants to reduce problems and lower owner maintenance cost. 

Rental Property Management: Maintenance and Repair Financing Options- One of the hardest thing for owners is to deal with a large repair project or a emergency repair at your rental property. Our property management team has established of lenders who can secure funds for those larger projects (minimum of $1000) that can be funded in a few days.

Rental Property Management: Landlord Insurance Program- One of the major cost that landlords face is their insurance cost for their rental properties. We have partnered with a insurance brokerage to offer our clients an exclusive policy that both meets our expectations for landlord insurance coverage and it is also often much cheaper than larger traditional carriers for insurance.  The catch is that you have to be a client of Ashoka Lion to enjoy the policy and its discounts.
