By aggregating insurance purchasing with a single company like our property management firm, we can leverage the high volume for better rates and coverage than what could be achieved by an individual investor. This program averages a 30% reduction in annual premiums while providing better coverage than traditional markets.

This program is tailored specifically for Ashoka Lion property managed rental properties and provides the following:

Being a real estate investor, it is important that you evaluate your insurance a bit differently than you would if you are buying insurance for your primary home.

Most policies will void if property is vacant for any significant period of time
The Liability Coverage maybe limited on traditional policies so if something happens at the property , then you may not have sufficient coverage. Landlords are recommended to carry $1,000,000 of liability per incident.
Per the property management contract, the landlord must name as additional insured on the policy so we can be be added to the policy legal defense coverage.
