1. Fill out Preliminary Screening and Pick a time

2. Our property management staff will review and set a time

3. We will send a text reminder prior to appointment for the person to text "Confirm" a few hours prior to the appointment.

4. You must see home for us to process the application.

The "New Normal" means that we want everyone to be as safe as possible. We emailed a form to help identify risk factors that may not make it safe to show the home.

Due to the nature of the illness and people entering homes with other agents or being asymptomatic; our property management team is warning all prospects to take proper precautions when viewing homes.
