Active Agents who join with prior history of success in prior 2 years can get splits with 90%/10% on their book of business with a monthly fee of $50.

2) Must be willing to maintain a professional email and G-Suite through Google Business Suite for professional email and applications (LionRealEstate.com) for $15 a month

3) Realtors must submit Team Names and Marketing for broker approval to ensure that we are in compliance
