In an effort to make your request as streamlined as possible, Ashoka Lion's HOA management team has created this form for people to request HOA statements, resale certificates, refinance certificates, etc.   These request are often to facilitate sales or refinance request, and our association management team would be happy to help.  If a request is going be required within a few business days, then the request should include the expedite fees to insure our team will get you the documents within the necessary timeframe. 

Statement of Accounts includes, at minimum, the following:

1. HOA governing documents
2. Account ledger for selected property
3. New owner profile sheet
4. Letter to title
5. Welcome letter for new owner

Resale Certificate requests will be for completing a resale certificate and providing the documents as per the certificate ONLY.

Condo Questionnaire requests will be for completing the provided condo questionnaire ONLY.
