BBB recognizes Houston Property Management Team

Ashoka Lion received a belated recognition from the Houston Better Business Bureau as a 10 years member (we are now moving towards 13 years) . The BBB Houston belated sent the award to our Houston team while we were reviewing with our BBB representative this year.  The BBB is a organization that has historically been recognized as premiere organization to verify that a company is legitimate business in the market.   Being a member of the BBB, has helped both our rental property management services and our HOA management teams. I can explain briefly how it has helped our HOA teams to be a member of the BBB Houston.

Ashoka Lion has long been a member as we believe that our clients rely on organization to validate that a company is a legitimate business partner. Over the years, many of homeowner association clients vetted our HOA management team by viewing our standing with the Better Business Bureau.  It provides HOA boards and rental owners a confidence that our property management company is legitimate company and not scam.  Once our prospective boards get that comfort then they can review our service offering for our full service HOA management clients and our Financial only HOA management client, and appreciate what HOA management team is offering.  Our HOA management services are innovative and can save associations money.   The HOA management industry can seem very plodding, and our aggressive efforts to innovate can make clients nervous that it is "too good to be true".   This is why I am proud of our efforts to be a Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau since 2008, as we hold it as a badge of owner for homeowner association boards to see that our HOA management service platforms are legitimate and can be innovative.

It is my sincere belief that Ashoka Lion's Houston office is primed to emerge from these rocky past 3-4 years (Hurricane Harvey, the subsequent floods, and now the Covid 19 Pandemic) stronger and better prepared to handle our property management client's challenges. If you review some of the changes or efforts that our Houston rental property management team instituted COVID 19 related adjustments for our owners , COVID 19 changes for our handling of prospective tenants, and for COVID 19 changes for our tenants , then you can get a taste of our mission to be a leader in the property management industry.

On behalf of the Ashoka Lion team, I would like to thank the Better Business Bureau for recognizing our longevity and consistency as a member of the BBB.  Our property management and brokerage teams strive to provide the best service and transparent processes to our client to engender their confidence. Were we perfect? No. However, what sets us apart from many of my competitors is our determination to not sit stagnant but evolve and grow as people, a team, as a company, and as a property management service provider to our clients. I look forward to making strides to earn another award like this at our 20th year.
