Ashoka Lion property management expands to Arizona

Ashoka Lion Consulting, LLC has expanded its territorial reach for the first time since 2010 when our company expanded into Dallas area to provide property management services. Ashoka Lion Consulting, LLC (also known as Ashoka Lion) has expanded into Arizona with its new company, Ashoka Lion Arizona (a 100% owned subsidiary firm) that is providing property management services in Arizona, specifically the Northern Arizona market. Ashoka Lion Arizona is at this point 100% focused on HOA management services for the Arizona market. 

Currently, Ashoka Lion Arizona is offering full service HOA management services in Northern Arizona. This area includes the Mojave County, and the surrounding cities of Flagstaff, Bullhead, Kingman, and surrounding areas. Full service HOA management is comprehensive HOA management service offering that includes:

1. HOA Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting
2. HOA Payables Management and Bill Payment
3. HOA Dues and Assessment Collection
4. HOA Document Storage and Management
5. HOA Registered Agent Service
6. HOA Common Area Repair Coordination
7. Annual and Board Meeting Coordination and Assistance
8. Follow up and Delinquent HOA assessment collection effort
9. HOA bid out for capital project assistance
10. Mail Out and Letter Coordination
11. HOA Community Inspections and Common area inspection
12. Online Portal for HOA homeowner to make payment, review HOA document and put in common area work order
13. Lockbox service provided for mailed payments for HOA bank accounts

However, Ashoka Lion Arizona will offer for communities who are not seeking full service HOA management services to request a limited service agreement for HOA that focuses on the administrative and bookkeeping needs for the community. These limited services agreements that we called our "Financial Management HOA services" are similar to the arrangements that Ashoka Lion is offering in the Dallas market for homeowner associations . The Financial Service HOA service base package excludes repair coordination, follow up or supervision of repair vendors, delinquency follow up, meeting coordination, inspections, HOA violation letters, etc.  The Financial Service HOA agreements tend to focus on the following services:
