1. You can find the app in the Google Play Store orApp Store.
2. When you open the app, choose "Create Piñata account." For your Piñata login, please use the same email address as the one that is receiving this message.

Examples of property management incentives that help you earn rewards

1. (New Tenants) Fill out the Houston Office's Tenant Move In Checklist to insure a smooth move in. After completing log in to the app and then confirm you did it, and you earn rewards!
2. (Current Tenants) When you submit your lawn pictures (for those residents who have lawn maintenance responsibilities), you can log into the app and then earn rewards every time you submit your pictures.
3. (Current Tenants) When you submit proof of AC filter change out, you can earn reward by logging into the app. Our property management will confirm submission and you  can earn additional rewards.
4. (Current Tenants) When your tenants are renewing their lease , they are requested to update their lease compliance.  Tenants are requested to update their renters insurance and update their animal registration (our annual animal audit). It is required for lease renewals, but you can earn additional rewards in the app as well.
