Changes Launching October 2024!
We have some exciting changes to our tenant compliance and benefits package launching in October 2024!
What's Changing
- Filters have previously been sent on a monthly basis - this will be switching to a quarterly basis, and you will receive 3 filters in the shipment. The shipments will go out on the following months: January, April, July, October.
- NEW - Everyone enrolled will not get a once a year servicing of the HVAC system included! The servicing will be scheduled around April - May, so it can be completed before the summer heat starts rolling in.
- *Note: Pinata, GetFlex, and rent reporting to credit will still remain part of the standard package!
Why the change?
We implemented this change to help minimize the risk of HVAC system issues for our tenants. A well maintained HVAC system provides several benefits to the occupants of a home, such as:
- Improved Air Quality - no matter how diligent you are on changing the air filter, dust and particulates may still find their way past it. The servicing clears out the dust and particulates that accumulate overtime.
- Fewer Breakdowns - a non-serviced system will have to work harder, which puts strain on the components and can result in more breakdowns and system failures.
- Better Energy Efficiency - as mentioned above, a non-serviced system will work hard. This means that it's running longer to achieve the same temperature effect in the home. Servicing the system improves the functionality of the system, thus reducing the run times and improving energy efficiency.
