New Tenant Orientation Booking Instructions
Our new tenant orientation is a recorded virtual meeting, and is designed to help eliminate many of the questions tenants have prior to moving into a new property. The meeting will cover the following agenda items:

We want to ensure your move-in, and your time at the property, run smoothly. To help facilitate this, we have create a comprehensive move-in process and check-list. We also provide a FREE utility concierge who will reach out to you to assist in transferring/turning on utilities at the property.
Move-in funds are required to be ceritified funds. You will be emailed a cash pay slip to use at Walmart, 7-Eleven, Ace Cash Express, or CVS. This is currently the ONLY accepted payment method for move-in funds. ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH THE PORTAL IS NOT ACCEPTED PRIOR TO MOVE-IN.
