Real Estate agents  (Realtors) are valued partners for our firm.  Our property managers work with Realtors and real estate agents in a variety of ways:

1) We market our properties on the MLS for leases and pay cooperative commissions

2) Our property management senior staff have a FB group that we encourage real estate agents who work in leasing to network and keep abreast of key issues affecting agents and those who work leases related clients. 

Realtors now have another way that we can partner together.

Realtors refer property management

1) If Realtors work at a firm that cannot do property management, then we will manage home and sign non-compete for the clients buying or selling of the home.

2) Our property management firm will also offer to buy the property management referral outright for a flat fee.

3) We refer buying and selling of property to our referral partners.
