Many homeowners are not always aware that they have a portal with the HOA, where they can make payments, review important community documents, put in repair request (for Association related repairs), and put in architectural request, etc.

  • How do I get a copy of the HOA governing documents for Ridgewood Place Homeowners Association?

    A copy of the governing documents can be obtained by homeowners in the "Shared Document" section of their homeowner portal.  A copy of the Common at Southampton HOA documents can be accessed via the folder. 

  • When is trash service for Ridgewood Place Homeowners Association?

    As Trash service is provided by the City of Houston: 

    • Regular trash - Tuesday & Friday, 
    • Recycling - Friday

  • What is HOA maintenance responsibilities for Ridgewood Place Homeowners Association?

    The HOA maintains only the exterior wall, common area landscaping, entry gates, and roadway within the gated community.

  • If I want to make a change to my home at Ridgewood Place Homeowners Association, can I do so?

    As there are community guidelines at  Ridgewood Place Homeowners Association, any changes that would alter the exterior should be submitted via your portal so the ACC guidelines can be reviewed and approved.  Homeowners can make these request in their homeowner portal. 

  • How do I reach the HOA or HOA Management Company?

    Ridgewood Place is a administrative and financial services client, we are not handling the coordination nor we are not updated on the status of repairs, so our team may not be able to help with these kind of requests.

  • How do I make my HOA payment?

    Payments can be made in three ways:


    1. Online through the portal using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or draft from your bank.  NOTE: Payment options through the portal incur a service fee from the software provider. The service fee will be displayed based on the payment option you select. You can see more on paying through the portal HERE. 
    2. By Mail using the coupon book sent out in November of the prior year.
    3. By cash at several local retailers such as CVS, Walmart, etc. NOTE: Cash option requires a PDF to be emailed to you before making payment at a location as the PDF contains a barcode specific to YOUR account. All owners requesting to pay via cash must email AssociationManager@ashokalion.com or call 832-364-6025 to request the PDF.

Water Turn Off Request


Homeowners will in certain HOA communities require that the water is shutoff in a timely manner, and this will often require association managers to communicate with the community to warn them of the disruption of water service. Please use the below form to request your community water turn off.

Mortgage and Title Company HOA Statement of Accounts Request


When homeowners are selling home, the title company will request a statement of accounts to insure that any unpaid HOA balances are resolved to insure clear transfer of title. If the balances are not cleared, then balances can transfer to new owners of the property.
