Tenants will have their on time payments reported to the Experian credit bureau. This program will help tenants build positive credit. The tenant resident package fee covers all tenants (including roommates ) who pay rent through their own tenant portal. Our Houston property managers will enroll tenants.

Tenant Installment Rent Program

For Ashoka Lion tenants who need more time to make their entire rent payment, our Houston property management team offers a installment program powered by Get Flex. The tenant applies prior to the 3rd of the month, and Get Flex will pay the rent on behalf of the tenant on the 3rd. The tenant setup payment plan terms with Get Flex.

DIY Repair Library

Tenants have responsibility to maintenance and cleaning. The important thing is tenants learn how to keep a home in good condition and take care of minor repairs. These skills will translate for tenants who want to learn to how to take care of any home including a future home that they buy. Tenants learning how to do DIY maintenance are building skills that will help them through out their lives.

The tenant have access to a free utility concierge to help tenants find great rates for electricity, internet, security, and other amenities.

Earn Money Referring Clients

If you refer us a real estate client, and we are able to close business with them; then you can earn a $50 referral fee or credits on your services. The referral could be selling a home, listing a home for lease, or buying a home.

Home Buying Counseling

Many tenants have larger goals to buy a home, and our brokerage team at Lion Real Estate will work with you. We have a in house credit repair and home buying counselor to help guide tenants on steps necessary to be ready to buy a home. Lease a lockbox for your residency

Tenants are provided a lockbox for their move in date, and they are allowed to keep the lockbox to use for coordinating repairs with vendors and for tenant move out after providing their appropriate move out notice.

AC filter delivery

Tenants are enrolled in a utility reduction program where we help educate tenants on how to save money on their utility bills. One of the primary ways is through the enrollment in a HVAC AC filter delivery program and compliance to see its being changed out. AC filter change out makes your AC struggle to work which increases your AC bill by up to 15%.
